About

I work with organisations where teams are working hard, but performance is not consistent and difficult to sustain. Priorities shift, expectations compete, and work becomes reactive under pressure.
My background is in learning and development, with over a decade of experience working with managers and professional teams in complex organisational environments, alongside 13 years of university teaching. This experience has shaped how I translate theory into practical tools that people can actually use at work.
This led me to focus on helping employees and managers gain clarity around where their effort creates impact, and how to sustain performance within real organisational constraints. My work combines facilitation, applied research, and coaching-based methods, with a strong emphasis on practical application.
