About
I work with organisations that want employees to perform well and stay, but struggle to keep work clear and sustainable under pressure. In many workplaces, people are busy but unclear about priorities, growth, or how their daily work connects to organisational goals. When this happens, motivation drops and performance becomes uneven.
My background spans finance, banking, analytics, communications, and learning and development, alongside 13 years of university teaching. I hold a PhD focused on how people find purpose and meaning in their work. I have worked with organisations across manufacturing, financial services, utilities, and consumer goods, including Bank Negara Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Schindler, Gardenia, Yeos, Central Sugars Refinery, Iskandar Investment Berhad, Affin Investment Bank and RHB Bank. This experience shapes how I translate research into practical tools that people can use at work.
My work helps employees and managers gain clarity around priorities, contribution, and development, so effort leads to sustained performance rather than burnout. I do this through facilitated workshops and practical tools that strengthen manager capability and support employee growth. I also design simple, customised AI tools to support learning transfer after the workshop, helping participants turn key ideas into everyday work habits through guided reflection and ongoing practice.
